Under this programme, Ambient Air Quality stations have been set up for actual monitoring of quality of Ambient Air. The HSPCB is monitoring Ambient Air Quality at five monitoring stations i.e. two at Faridabad, one at Sonipat, one at Gurgaon and one at Yamuna Nagar. The results of ambient air quality are being sent to CPCB regularly. Four monitoring stations have been set up by I.O.C. Panipat Refinery and three stations by NFL Panipat and ambient air quality is being monitored.

The Board successfully achieved for displaying ambient air quality data at Mathura Road (Faridabad), Jaipur Highway, Gurgaon and GT Road (Panipat).
