ORDER
In terms of provisions contained in Section 4(2)(a) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Dr. Ajaib Singh Chahal as Chairman of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Panchkula with immediate effect relieving Shri L.S.M. Salins, IAS of the said charge. The terms oand conditions of appointment of Dr. Ajaib Singh Chahal, as Chairman will be issued seperately.
